We build the Human OS with a small team and a fleet of AI agents. We hire for what agents can't do: judgment, taste and ownership.
How the work runs
People decide what gets built.
Agents write, test and review.
People check it and ship it.
You own the outcome.
Four ways in · same standard
- Product engineering: Own features end to end, across Aivident and client builds. Write build orders agents can execute, review what they produce, and take it to production. You answer for what ships, whoever typed it.
- Applied AI: Make AI behave before it reaches a person. Prompts, evaluations and agent workflows for interviews, coaching and meetings — tested against real cases, not a demo script.
- Design: Make AI output something people can check and act on. Interfaces for HR teams, candidates and managers where the evidence is visible and the decision is clearly theirs.
- Delivery: Run client builds and Aivident rollouts. Turn a client conversation into a build order, keep feedback moving through Studio Hub, and get it shipped.
What we look for
Judgment
Good calls with incomplete information — and saying which parts you're unsure of.
Review
Agents produce a lot. You can tell what's right, what's wrong and what's missing.
Clear writing
A build order is the product before the product.
Care
Our software touches hiring, growth, burnout and leaving. That should matter to you.
Name the track and link to something you built or wrote. If there's a fit, we talk about real work on the table.
